Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and competitions offered by EDS Centre Ltd.
1. Competition Entries (No Refunds)
All competition entries (tickets) are non-refundable.
Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds will be issued, except where required by law.
By entering a competition, you agree to these terms.
2. Vehicle Sales (Purchased Vehicles)
For vehicles purchased directly from EDS Centre Ltd:
- All vehicles are sold with a 6-month warranty, unless stated otherwise
- The warranty covers major mechanical faults only
- The warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear
- Consumables (brakes, tyres, filters, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
No returns are accepted once the vehicle has been sold and collected.
3. Competition Prizes (Won Vehicles)
Vehicles won through competitions:
- Are provided with a 6-month warranty (unless stated otherwise)
- Are not refundable or exchangeable
- Must be accepted as awarded
Winners are responsible for:
- Collection of the vehicle
- Insurance and registration after collection
4. Warranty Claims
If an issue arises during the warranty period:
- The customer must contact us immediately
- We may:
- Repair the vehicle
- Contribute to repair costs
- Offer a suitable solution at our discretion
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Competition entries
- Deposits (if applicable)
- Any services already completed
