3. Competitions

All competitions are skill-based prize competitions and are not considered gambling under UK law.

To enter:
- You must purchase a ticket (entry)
- You must correctly answer the skill-based question

Free entry method:
A free entry option is available by post. Full details can be found on the competition page.

We reserve the right to refuse or disqualify any entry if:
- The answer is incorrect
- Fraud or abuse is suspected
- These Terms are breached

4. Entry and Payment

Each entry requires payment unless using the free entry method.
All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or third-party providers.

Entries are only valid once payment has been successfully received.

All entries are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Draw and Winner Selection

Winners are selected randomly from all correct entries.
The draw will take place after all tickets are sold or at the closing date stated.

The winner will be contacted via:
- Email
- Phone

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, we reserve the right to redraw.

6. Prizes

Prizes will be clearly described on each competition page.

We reserve the right to:
- Substitute a prize with equal or higher value
- Offer a cash alternative where applicable

Delivery or collection details will be agreed with the winner.

7. Liability

EDS Centre Ltd is not responsible for:
- Technical issues
- Website downtime
- Payment failures outside our control

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to:
- Cancel entries
- Suspend accounts
- Take legal action

If fraudulent activity is suspected.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Competition Rules

- Each competition has a limited number of entries.
- The competition will close when all tickets are sold or at the stated end date.
- Only correct answers will be entered into the draw.
- The draw is conducted fairly and randomly.
