Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all competitions and products offered by EDS Centre Ltd.
1. No Delivery Service
EDS Centre Ltd does not offer delivery services for any prizes or products.
All items, including vehicles, must be collected in person by the winner.
2. Competition Entries
Competition entries are digital and no physical product will be shipped.
Once a ticket is purchased:
- You will receive confirmation via email
- Your entry will be recorded in our system
No shipping fees apply.
3. Prize Collection
If you win a competition:
- You will be contacted via email or phone
- You must collect the prize in person from a location provided by us
Winners must:
- Provide valid ID
- Arrange collection within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 14 days)
Failure to collect the prize may result in forfeiture.
4. Costs
All costs related to collection (travel, fuel, transport, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.
